    Big Mamma owned Instagram, but TikTok was a new table. The goal? Connect with Gen Z through realness, humor, and storytelling without losing the brand’s feel-good italian vibe.

    Translate the heart of Big Mamma: the kitchen, the squadra, the food into content that feels native to TikTok, not just repurposed.

    We built a TikTok-first strategy: spontaneous, team-led, and rooted in real moments. From pasta flips to guest reactions, we captured Big Mamma’s energy without overproducing. The result? A content world that’s warm, messy, and made to be shared just like a real Italian kitchen.
